First off, Ambit Energy is a company out of Addison Texas created in 2006. They operate as a direct selling company very similar to Avalon, Mary Kay, Pampered chef and the list goes on and on. In fact, Ambit is now the 14th largest direct sales company in the world.
Since its conception, over the following 7 years the company has amassed a customer base of over 1 million and has grown to $1 billion in annual revenue (making them 1 of the 2 companies to reach a billion in under 7 years. The other company being Google.).
